DRAFTING & DESIGN
All design & drafting work is charged out a a rate of $180.00 per hour (GST inclusive)
Hours required – as a guide only:
- Full set of working drawings for a low-set timber-framed house – 25 hours
- High-set 2 story timber-framed house – up to 35 hours
- Full set of working drawings – Low set steel-framed house – approximately 20 hours
- High set 2 story steel framed house – up to 25 hours
- Low set shipping container house – up to 25 hours
PRELIMINARY PLANS
- The site, floor and elevation plans – up to 15 hours
EXTENSIONS AND STRUCTURES
- Verandahs and carports – up to 12 hours
Once we understand your requirements at our initial meeting we will provide you with a written quote for all services.
When you decide on the services you require, a deposit of $660.00 must be paid
prior to commencement of house plan drafting or $300.00 for an extensions
Additional costs:
Photocopying –
A4 B&W $1 per copy, A3 B&W $1.50 per copy,
A4 Colour $2 per copy, A3 Colour $3 per copy
