The business was first registered by Martyn Osborn back in July 1998 and has continued to steadily grow over the last 25 years. We take pride in the fact that we are a local business based on beautiful Macleay Island. For more information on Macleay Island, check out www.macleayisland.net
We design about 30 new homes per year most of which are built on one of the Southern Moreton Bay Islands: Karragarra Island, Macleay Island, Lamb Island & Russell Island. We have been responsible for designing over 350 homes in this area.
We also do plans for extensions i.e. carports, garages, verandahs etc.
We pride ourselves in having a very good working relationship with the Redland City Council which we feel is extremely important.
